Thank you for shopping with us. Every product in our store is made specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this made-to-order production process, our return policy differs from traditional retail stores.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once the issue is verified, we will offer either:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund
Returns & Exchanges
Because all products are made to order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selected
- Change of mind
- Personal preferences
Please review size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. After this time the order may already be in production and cannot be changed.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost during shipping, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout and the package is returned, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.
