All items in our store are made to order. Production begins shortly after your order is placed.

Processing Time

Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

• Europe: 2–5 business days
• International: 5–10 business days

Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time includes both production and shipping. In many cases, orders arrive sooner than expected, but delays can occasionally occur during busy periods or due to factors outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.

Customs & Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s rules. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout and the package is returned, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
